A beautiful piece of Melbourne history! Panels and points in near new refurbished condition. The saddle does have a tear on the seat, padded safe and skirt (you get that with a saddle of this age) but does not effect it structurally and all could be easily patched.

A lovely brand name side saddle made in England. Saddle is in fantastic condition, minimal wear to girth points. Beautiful wide pommels. Leather covered foam filled panels (could be easily converted to flocked if required), generous channel width. Saddle does have a regular stirrup bar but comes mounted with its own stirrup with safety release fitting. Some scuffs to the letter which will easily buff out though cannot be seen when ridden in either way. Saddles of this quality, ready to ride and show do not pop up for sale often!!

Dipped seat, no cutback and compass point tree so suitable for a horse more on the narrow side build without a high wither. Fully refurbished/rebuilt and unused since so in ready to ride condition! Comes fully mounted with stirrup leather and stirrup, 50” three buckle girth and custom made cover.
